We let you use providers who aren’t NDIS registered, and we offer same-day claiming to make sure your providers are paid quickly.

We track all your spending and send you monthly statements so you can see how your funds are used. We also provide an easy-to-use Client Funding Portal where you can view live funding amounts and PDF copies of your invoices. You can even approve invoices right in the portal.

Every NDIS participant is entitled to Plan Management at no extra cost. You can ask the NDIS to add Plan Management to your plan. It’s funded separately by the NDIS and easy to set up.
